Informational offering

System Trail Core writes rarity notes, snapshots, logs, and briefings about Marvel NFT comics. Those materials are for review and record-keeping. They are not an offer to sell comics, not investment advice, and not a promise that any edition will remain scarce.

Intellectual property

Site writing, panel layout, and original graphics belong to System Trail Core unless a credit says otherwise. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners and appear only for informational and review purposes. Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited and appears only to indicate file-format compatibility. Veve remains a separate destination. You may not copy our notes into a competing commercial packet without permission.

Compatibility claims

Any mention of Veve, Binance-compatible CSV layouts, or Marvel titles describes compatibility or review context. It is not certification, sponsorship, partnership, or official distribution.

Links to Veve, font hosts, image hosts, and similar services are outside our control. Their terms apply when you leave this site. We are not responsible for their availability, catalogs, or account rules.

Liability

Rarity notes can be incomplete when public facts are incomplete. We are not liable for trades, missed drops, or collector disagreements that follow from using or ignoring a note. To the extent Thai law allows, liability for website use is limited to the amount you paid us for a specific written note, if any. This website itself charges nothing at the point of browsing.

No software warranty as a financial product

System Trail Core is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software when the optional tracker is discussed. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence with the desk at Level 12, 45 Silom Road, Bangkok 10500.
