Refund Policy

This website does not contain checkout, carts, or paid product downloads. Browsing rarity notes, the edition guide, and the journal is free. A refund conversation only arises if you later pay, off-site, for a written note described on the pricing page.

If no invoice was paid

There is nothing to refund. Close the tab or email a new title list if you still want research.

If you paid for a note that was not started

If we have not begun edition research and you cancel by email to contact@systemtrailcore.click, we return the amount you paid for that note through the same off-site method used on the invoice, generally within fourteen days of the cancellation message.

If research has started

Time already spent decoding labels, converting mint windows to Asia/Bangkok, or logging reprint waves is not refunded. Unused prepaid hours on a briefing can be credited toward another named Marvel NFT comic within thirty days, or returned on a proportional basis if you do not want a substitute.

If you dislike a conclusion

Rarity notes describe documented edition facts. Disagreement with a scarcity sentence is not, by itself, a refund ground when the note delivered the requested title, badge, and dated windows. If we named the wrong edition family through our own filing error, we rewrite the note or refund that line item.

Chargebacks and Thailand

Raise the issue with the desk first at +66 2 555 7690 or the email above. Governing law matches the Terms of Service, including Thai law.

We do not refund marketplace purchases you make on Veve or elsewhere, because we do not sell those comics and do not process those payments.
